Role Responsibilities
  • Own a territory where you will position BMC’s innovative technologies to prestigious customers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for your customers, supported by top, talented, product-specialized Account Managers, Solution & Value Engineers, and a dedicated ecosystem aligned with BMC’s customer-centric strategy.
  • Be the business owner of your territory by increasing footprint, building larger deals, and maintaining BMC’s market leader position.
  • Represent BMC as a brand ambassador, building trust and confidence with customers, partners, and colleagues through integrity and professionalism.
  • Engage in global projects, challenge yourself, and be an innovator in solving everyday problems.
Skills & Experience
  • Ability to embrace and live BMC’s values daily.
  • Experience working effectively as a team member and providing team leadership, managing internal and external resources to effectively handle the sales process.
  • Proven ability to develop your business as a trusted partner, with a deep understanding of pipeline management, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
