About the Role…

We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to act as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to a standard that exceeds expectations.

As an Account Manager, you will be skilled at building relationships and have strong project management abilities to ensure smooth project execution. You will collaborate closely with our wider team to manage multifaceted projects effectively.

This role is fully remote, offering flexibility to work from anywhere. However, occasional travel to our London office will be required for client meetings and other business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading small to medium-sized briefs and serving as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering positive and productive relationships.
  • Developing and refining your ability to assess and critique work, ensuring client needs are understood and communicated effectively to relevant teams.
  • Managing projects with high levels of organisation to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.
  • Proofreading work with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Potential involvement in pharmacovigilance monitoring, recording, and reporting for a range of clients.
  • Having a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing industry, with a passion for diverse marketing disciplines reflected in your work.
  • Managing client budgets, providing regular updates, following up on POs, and controlling external costs.
  • Adhering to deadlines and proactively flagging any potential issues.
  • Completing daily timesheets via EASL.

About the Person…

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably within a healthcare agency environment
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage clients and stakeholders effectively
  • A well-rounded understanding of creative evaluation—both logically and emotionally—as well as experience in developing and executing creative campaigns, including the ability to persuasively present and support creative work
  • A solid understanding of digital platforms and multi-channel communication
  • A collaborative mindset, able to work effectively within a team while also demonstrating independence when required
  • A relevant bachelor’s degree (such as in Biosciences, Marketing, Communications, or Advertising) or equivalent qualification—highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • The flexibility and initiative to manage tasks independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple responsibilities
  • A genuine interest in continuous learning and personal development
