What You Will Do:
  1. Answer incoming sales calls and respond to written (email) enquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  2. Promote and effectively sell company products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. Generate customer quotations promptly in response to RFQs, showcasing your attention to detail.
  4. Manage your accounts and grow revenue and sales.
  5. Build strong relationships with customers.
  6. Conduct a detailed contract review of customer orders/contracts in accordance with quality procedures before acceptance.
  7. Enter customer POs/Contracts into the ERP system, archiving related documentation as per quality standards.
  8. Understand and respond to customer delivery needs by liaising with internal personnel, ensuring a seamless service.
What You Will Bring:
  1. Competency in basic ERP systems and internet browsing.
  2. A strong customer service ethos with the ability to resolve concerns efficiently and tactfully.
  3. A proactive approach to identifying new product ideas and stock replenishments.
  4. Experience managing customer accounts.
  5. Ideal candidate must come from an aerospace or defence background.
