Position: Account Manager

Location: Gatwick/Southeast area – Field Based Role

Salary: £40,000.00 + Company Vehicle

Contract Type: Full Time Permanent

Hours: 40 per week, field based

What you'll be doing
  • Lead, inspire, and develop site teams to deliver exceptional service standards
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring strong, professional communication and responsiveness
  • Monitor and manage operational budgets, ensuring commercial targets are met or exceeded
  • Implement and uphold company standards, policies, and procedures across all sites
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and grow accounts
  • Drive a positive, inclusive, and performance-focused culture within your teams
