About The Role

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Occupational Health team in Aberdeen, on a full-time permanent basis. The role is based at our Wellheads office, working Monday-Friday.

Account Managers within the TAC Healthcare Occupational Health team are key to our growth and success. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our external clients, providing a high quality, efficient, evidence-based service.

You’ll be on your game when it comes to continuous improvement and best practice and able to provide expert advice and first-class customer services to our clients.

What You Will Do
  1. Support the day-to-day management of client services within the Occupational Health department.
  2. Attend client contract meetings to discuss contract planning, delivery, and activity.
  3. Report activity to clients monthly, or in line with contractual requirements.
  4. Plan and identify targeted upsell opportunities within the portfolio of accounts.
  5. Establish and maintain effective communication and information systems within the Occupational Health team and wider business.
  6. Support in the completion of audits for Occupational Health procedures, ensuring standards are met.
  7. Work closely with the Head of Operations to implement company objectives and departmental policies.
About You
  1. Proven experience as an Account Manager within Occupational Health.
  2. Excellent time-management, communication, and organisation skills.
  3. Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft packages, including Excel.
  4. Previous experience using OH software.
  5. Ability to develop, maintain, and close a pipeline of sales opportunities.
  6. Experience in developing engagement strategies and managing complex accounts.
