Job description

Stuart is a leading tech-enabled logistics platform transforming on-demand delivery across sectors like food, grocery, and retail. Operating in over 130 cities across Europe, Stuart connects businesses with a network of independent couriers, providing fast, flexible, and efficient deliveries.

Our Mission

We are an impact-driven company aiming to build the future of logistics for a more sustainable world: shared, efficient, and reliable. We are committed to creating a new standard for urban deliveries that address environmental and social challenges while offering a premium delivery experience blending speed, flexibility, and convenience.

Stuart is a diverse and inclusive company with 240+ employees from various nationalities and backgrounds working across France, Poland, Spain, and the UK.

It’s the right moment for us to make an impact on millions of people, as home delivery services hit record highs. And guess what? You can help us fulfill our vision.

The Role

As an Account Management Lead at Stuart, you will do more than manage key accounts; you will lead, develop, and empower a team of talented Account Managers, shaping our expansion and fostering strategic, high-value relationships with iconic high-street brands.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for nurturing important client relationships directly and coaching your team to achieve peak performance and drive revenue growth. You will serve as a key contact within Stuart for cross-functional projects, driving initiatives such as product adoption, maximizing client performance, and identifying expansion opportunities.

You will report to the Commercial Director for the UK and play a crucial role in defining the future of our delivery partnerships.

You are required to work 3 days/week in our Central London office.

Responsibilities
  1. Shape and execute strategies to grow revenue and retain clients across your team’s portfolio, aligned with company goals.
  2. Guide the team in building tailored, data-driven plans for key accounts and delivering engaging presentations, demos, and reviews.
  3. Set KPIs, monitor progress, and foster a high-performance, feedback-driven culture.
  4. Act as the main contact for cross-functional initiatives, such as promoting new products and identifying growth opportunities.
  5. Promote a client-first mindset, ensuring strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
  6. Proactively manage churn risks and implement retention strategies.
  7. Build a culture of product and operational expertise so the team can act as trusted advisors.
  8. Manage a few high-value UK accounts personally, leading by example in strategic relationships.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior client-facing role (e.g., Account Management, Client Success, B2B Sales), preferably with large enterprise clients.
  2. Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing teams to meet targets.
  3. Proven track record of growing strategic accounts and leading initiatives to improve performance or product adoption.
  4. Commercially savvy, data-oriented, and outcome-focused decision-making skills.
  5. Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
  6. Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments. Experience in logistics, delivery, or tech is a plus.

At Stuart, we believe in creating a collaborative, high-growth environment where employees can thrive both professionally and personally. We value alignment between individual values and our company's culture and mission, fostering empowerment, continuous learning, and impact measurement.

We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace committed to diversity. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability.

Please note: Our Talent Acquisition Team is international. Kindly submit your CV and application in English for proper review (unless the job posting is in another language). Thank you.
