The role
As an Account Management Lead at Stuart, you'll do more than manage key accounts; you will lead, develop, and empower a team of talented Account Managers, shaping our expansion and fostering strategic, high-value relationships with iconic high-street brands.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for nurturing some of our most important client relationships directly and also for coaching your team to achieve peak performance and drive substantial revenue growth. You will serve as a crucial point of contact within Stuart for impactful cross-functional projects, driving initiatives such as product adoption, maximising client performance across your team's portfolio, and identifying key expansion opportunities for our business.
You will report to the Commercial Director for the UK and be instrumental in defining the future of our delivery partnerships.
You are required to work 3 days/week in our office (Central London).
