Job summary

Pen Underwriting UK, part of the Gallagher network, is seeking an experienced Account Handler for the RMP team. You will manage a portfolio of public sector and education client accounts, handle renewals, and support account directors with day-to-day inquiries to ensure seamless service.

Ideal candidates will have previous insurance experience, preferably in commercial and public sector lines, with strong communication, organisation, and client relationship skills.

• Professional insurance qualifications (e.g., CII) are advantageous.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Overview

The RMP team have an exciting opportunity and is looking for an experienced Account Handler to join their team. RMP is a market leader in providing insurance solutions for the Public Sector and Education. With over 30 years of industry experience, RMP specialises in designing tailored insurance programs that meet the unique requirements of Public Sector organisations, including Police, Fire Services, and Educational Institutions.

In this role, you will provide essential support to Account Directors and clients, ensuring smooth administration of insurance policies and delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll manage client accounts, process renewals, and handle day-to-day inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

How You'll Make An Impact
