Are you a claims professional with strong experience in commercial property or real estate claims?

Do you want to work with a leading specialist claims management handling high-quality property claims across the UK?

We are recruiting an Account Handler on behalf of a specialist claims management company, offering a rewarding opportunity within a growing, high‑performing team.

These hybrid positions are based in Chelmsford or Glasgow, with a minimum of three days in the office per week.

What you will do

• Handle a portfolio of property claims from investigation to settlement, ensuring compliance with technical, operational, and data protection standards
• Investigate, negotiate, and agree claim settlements in a professional and timely manner
• Liaise with insureds, insurers, brokers, and other stakeholders to achieve smooth claim progression
• Produce accurate reports and ensure billing, invoicing, and time reporting comply with internal standards
• Work closely with adjusters and attend client review meetings as required, validating and approving contractor quotes
