what's expected

Managing and growing a diverse portfolio of commercial and/or personal lines clients

Developing strong relationships with new and existing clients across Yorkshire and beyond

Tailoring insurance solutions to meet client needs with precision and care

Working closely with account handlers and insurers to ensure smooth policy delivery and renewals

Attending client meetings and networking events to grow your profile and the business

What Were Looking For

Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role within insurance

Strong technical knowledge across commercial or personal lines (or both)

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service

Cert CII or above is a bonus, but not essential
