Job summary

The Citation Group in Wilmslow seeks an Account Executive to nurture our existing client base, uncover cross-sell opportunities and introduce relevant Citation Group services. You’ll manage the sales cycle from initial conversation to close, building trusted relationships.

This role offers 4 days in the Wilmslow office, Fridays from home, a starting salary of £28,000 rising to £30,000 after probation, plus training and career progression within a supportive sales team.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with existing clients
• Understand customer needs and identify cross-sell opportunities
• Introduce clients to relevant Citation Group services
• Manage opportunities from initial conversation through to close
• Handle objections and confidently ask for the sale
• Manage your own pipeline and CRM
• Work with internal teams to maximise client opportunities
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
