Job Description:

The Account Executive will play a crucial role in achieving Assent’s growth objectives. This role involves developing relationships with clients at all levels, including senior executives, and selling innovative software in a B2B, SaaS environment. Responsibilities include prospecting and selling to new clients, establishing sales strategies, managing sales processes and cycles, and maintaining sales forecasts in Salesforce. The role requires a high-performing individual driven to succeed, capable of building a territory from scratch.

  • Prospect and sell to new clients
  • Develop and implement account-based sales strategies
  • Manage sales processes and pipelines systematically
  • Win new customers through research, lead response, and relationship building
  • Manage complex sales cycles with senior decision-makers across various departments
  • Forecast and manage sales activities using Salesforce
  • Adhere to corporate security policies
Qualifications:

We value talent, energy, and passion. Preferred qualifications include:

  • Native speaker of Italian or French, fluent in English
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with SaaS expertise
  • Proven success in leading SaaS sales cycles and exceeding quotas up to 1M
  • Experience in startup sales environments is a plus
  • Tenacious, motivated, and able to sell to executives
  • Excellent communication, questioning, listening, and analytical skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and developing sales materials
