With a strong commission structure and uncapped OTE, you'll leverage your skills to shape the company's future in a fully remote role. As the founding Account Executive of an established EdTech company, you will need to wear many hats. You'll be the first sales hire, which means your role will be vital to the company's success. It also means there is endless potential for who you can become in the company. Dometrain has been around for 2 years, educating over 60,000 software engineers. We have been profitable from day one, we are fully bootstrapped (so we make our own destiny), and we have been steadily growing. This growth, however, is primarily (over 95%) B2C-based, and we aim to shift this percentage in the opposite direction. This role is fully remote in the UK.

£55,000 - £65,000 + Uncapped Double OTE
As the founding Account Executive of an established EdTech company, you will need to wear many hats. You'll be the first sales hire, which means your role will be vital to the company's success. What You'll DoA base of up to £65k and uncapped double OTE with a highly competitive commission rate due to how instrumental your role will be. Our success is your success. We are not limited to how high we can fly, and we don't want to limit you either.
