Job summary

SES Water is seeking a customer-focused Account Executive to support brokers and business customers. You will resolve queries, manage relationships, and help grow the business.

Key duties include handling billing and payments, maintaining accounts, and supporting sales activities while ensuring high service quality and timely responses.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or account management experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail; can handle multiple priorities.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
• A proactive, team-focused approach with willingness to learn.
• Experience in utilities/water industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Brokers and business customers.
• Manage a portfolio of allocated customer accounts.
• Handle billing, payments, consumption, refunds, and wholesaler queries.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Support debt management and ensure timely payment collection.
• Provide regular updates to customers and Brokers on outstanding issues.
• Assist with retaining existing business and identifying additional opportunities.

About the Role

We're looking for a customer focused Account Executive to support our network of Brokers and direct business customers. Acting as a key point of contact, you'll help deliver a market-leading customer experience by resolving queries, managing customer relationships, and supporting business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Brokers and business customers.
