The Account Executive is an integral role in the growth of new acquisitions to the business. This person needs to be driven, setting the tone each day with outbound calls, emails, etc. to drive meetings and demos to showcase our solutions as a market-leading software. Nurturing leads and taking them through the sales cycle to completion of sale, the Account Executive must be comfortable asking questions and detailing a customer's needs to establish how ours are the solutions to best resolve their issues and drive their business forward.

Responsibilities:
  • Account Executive will report to the UK Sales Manager.
  • Support all New Acquisition enquiries for assigned territory
    • Strategic focus on 10+ License Opportunities.
    • Pre-Alignment with Global Up Market vision - focus in qualifying larger deals (10+).
  • Following Acquisition 6 months of New Accounts maintained to allow for any growth opportunities before handing to Account Managers.
  • Own sales process from pre through post sales
    • Documentation through the Sales Process.
    • Pipeline Management/Accuracy.
  • Generating leads through various methods, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound enquiries.
  • Forecasting future sales trends and revenues based on current and historical data.
  • Developing strategic account plans for key clients to maximise revenue and customer retention.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience.
  • Sales skills to include prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, handling objections.
  • Experience in forecasting future sales by organising and maintaining pipeline.
  • The ability to make informed decisions based on data and metrics related to sales activities and performance.
  • Experience with subscription sales for a software vendor is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Motivated, self-directed and results-oriented.
