We seek a driven Account Executive with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team of 9 Account Executives (including 3 mid-market specialists), selling our Enterprise plans. You will report to the Head of Sales Europe.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Managing the full sales cycle (average 2-3 months) from opportunity detection to closing.
  2. Driving and optimizing inbound pipeline (70-80%) for self-hosted Enterprise plans (Company size: 100-500 employees; Deal size: €35-45K ARR).
  3. Testing outbound strategies (20-30%) to build sustainable lead pipelines.
  4. Developing strategic relationships with decision-makers in DevOps, engineering, and IT.
  5. Enhancing sales processes, infrastructure, and collateral.
  6. Collaborating with product teams to incorporate customer feedback.
Key success factors:
  • Handling around 800 inbound leads monthly.
  • Support from Solutions Engineers, SDRs, CSMs, and the product team.
  • Approximately 50% of inbound leads are already product-qualified.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience closing mid-market deals (4-figure deals).
  • Consistently exceeding a +€600K ARR quota.
  • Top 10% performer in previous roles.
  • Technical proficiency, with experience selling to technical stakeholders or a background in engineering.
  • Entrepreneurial and hunter mindset, capable of working independently.
  • Fluent in English and either French, Spanish, Italian, or all three.
  • Based in Europe; visa sponsorship available for Germany.
