Job Description

ITP Media Group is a dynamic, forward-thinking player in the media industry, dedicated to creating impactful content that resonates with audiences worldwide. We produce a range of business-to-business websites, magazines, and events focused on luxury fashion and jewellery, healthcare, hospitality, and catering for professionals. As part of our expansion strategy across the hospitality and catering equipment group of publications and events, we are looking for a highly motivated Account Executive with strong sales acumen.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets across our portfolio of titles, including Foodservice Equipment Journal and Catering Insight USA. You will join a small team and report directly to the publisher of Catering Insight, providing a fantastic opportunity to develop your career.

This role will primarily focus on the Catering Insight brand, delivering daily digest updates for manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and service specialists across the vibrant catering equipment supply chain in the UK. The publication offers news, exclusive interviews, comment & analysis, debates, and showcases of best practices and innovations. Catering Insight also supports the industry through insightful reports, research, bespoke events, and industry discussions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets across the portfolio, including Foodservice Equipment Journal and Catering Insight USA.
  • Identify potential leads and prospects for new business opportunities.
  • Conduct cold calls to generate new business.
  • Create and maintain detailed sales reports.
  • Perform data mining and reporting activities.
  • Develop sponsorship and marketing proposals.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure delivery across all media channels to the highest standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to handle customer inquiries effectively and understand client needs.
  • Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work well within a team.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
