HUMAN Security is looking for a results-driven Account Executive to help grow our Enterprise segment and bring our cybersecurity solutions to some of the world’s most sophisticated organizations.

In this role, you’ll own the entire sales process—from strategic prospecting to closing—and work across industries to help enterprises solve complex fraud and bot challenges with HUMAN’s cutting-edge technology. You’ll be part of a team that’s shaping the future of cybersecurity, with the freedom to run your business and the support of best-in-class marketing, product, and channel teams.

What you’ll do
  • Drive net-new revenue by managing the full sales cycle—from cold outreach to close.
  • Create and deliver compelling value propositions tailored to each prospect’s business and technical challenges.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through strategic prospecting, outbound campaigns, and targeted account strategies.
  • Present HUMAN’s solutions to senior decision-makers across multiple verticals.
  • Lead product demonstrations and coordinate technical resources to align with customer needs.
  • Navigate complex deal cycles, leveraging the MEDDIC framework to ensure qualified, high-conversion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to identify and close joint opportunities.
  • Accurately forecast in-quarter and future-quarter opportunities.
  • Represent HUMAN at industry events, conferences, and targeted field marketing activities.
  • Stay sharp—continuously building your knowledge of cybersecurity trends, competitive landscape, and HUMAN’s product suite.
Who you are
  • 4+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience—cybersecurity or enterprise software preferred.
  • A proven hunter with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Skilled at building new business in enterprise accounts and navigating complex buying processes.
  • Excellent communicator—clear, confident, and persuasive in both written and verbal formats.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Known for your persistence, curiosity, and ability to make genuine connections with prospects.
  • Well-versed in enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDIC experience a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
