The Role

It is an exciting time to be joining 72Point, now looking for an Account Director to grow the team further. The role will be to develop business directly from agencies, either from scratch or those we already work with, seeking to develop long-term relationships.

As Account Director, you will play a key role in driving 72Point’s revenue growth, focusing on identifying and securing opportunities with PR, advertising, marketing, creative, and media agencies. The responsibility of this role is securing new business through proactive outreach and growing revenue within key existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ownership: Take accountability for revenue targets, proactively managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to pitches and closing deals.
  2. Proactive Prospecting: Continuously identify and pursue new opportunities across industries, staying ahead of market trends and client demands.
  3. Client Services: Proactively manage a portfolio of clients, driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and securing repeat business.
  4. Market Expertise: Leverage your industry knowledge and existing contacts to position 72Point as a trusted partner for Market Research.
  5. Professional Representation: Act as a proud ambassador for 72Point at client meetings and industry events, showcasing the Group’s capabilities and values.
  6. Collaboration/Management: Work closely with the Commercial Director to help manage the 72Point team to align on strategy and integrate services seamlessly.
  7. Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and ensuring consistent progress toward targets.
