Job summary

Wavenet Connected is seeking an Account Director for the UK flex workspace market. You will own growth within this vertical, winning new operators and expanding strategic accounts across regional and national portfolios.

You will position Wavenet as the trusted infrastructure partner behind high-performance buildings, delivering connectivity, UCaaS, enterprise Wi‑Fi and managed services to power premium tenant experiences. Strong leadership and board-level engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling into multi-site property landlords/operators.
• Experience with managed office/c coworking providers and multi-location environments.
• Competent understanding of SD‑WAN & SASE, enterprise Wi‑Fi deployments, managed security services, UCaaS / MS Teams Telephony.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Flex Workspace GTM strategy and target list.
• Lead complex, portfolio-wide sales cycles across UK operators (10–200+ sites).
• Structure multi-site framework agreements and drive multi-year rollout schedules.
• Maintain 3x pipeline coverage and deliver ROI to occupancy/tenant metrics.
