Job summary

Wavenet is seeking an Account Director – Flex Workspace to drive growth in the UK flex-space market. In this field/hybrid role, you will win new multi-site operators, manage strategic accounts and shape scalable connectivity models across regions.

You will lead with executive engagement, articulate ROI linked to occupancy and tenant experience, and own multi-year framework agreements. A strong network, 5+ years of industry leadership, and a track record of closing complex deals are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling into multi-site property landlords/operators
• SD-WAN & SASE experience
• Managed security services experience
• UCaaS / Teams Telephony experience
• Ability to operate at board level

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Flex Workspace go-to-market strategy
• Build a target list of UK/regional operators (10–200+ sites)
• Identify expansion plans, acquisition activity and new building launches
• Position Wavenet as the preferred infrastructure partner
• Drive GP targets and margin integrity
• Structure multi-site framework agreements and drive multi-year contracts
