This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading wealth and asset manager in Birmingham, focusing on developing banking and credit solutions. You will support the UK Banking and Credit Product teams, deliver training, and provide market intelligence to ensure excellent client advice. Your contributions will influence our UK growth strategy and product development, working closely with senior management and stakeholders to assess client needs and market trends.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Experience with loans and deposits, understanding the bank’s banking products end-to-end.
• Ability to influence decision-making and build relationships across various levels of the organization.
• Strong teamwork, flexibility, proactive attitude, and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Proven collaboration skills, including remote working experience.
• CeMAP qualification or willingness to obtain it.

Nice-to-have

• Interest in digital banking innovations and launching digital-first banking solutions.
• Knowledge of UK economic, regulatory, and governance frameworks related to banking products.
