This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading wealth and asset management firm in Bristol, supporting the UK Banking and Credit Product teams. The role involves developing banking and credit solutions, providing training, and market intelligence to ensure exceptional client advice. You will contribute to the UK growth strategy, working with senior management and stakeholders to assess client needs, market trends, and product solutions.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Experience with loans and deposits, understanding the bank’s banking products
• Ability to influence decision-making and build relationships across the organization
• Strong team player, flexible, proactive, positive attitude
• Ability to adapt to evolving priorities
• Proven collaboration skills, both in person and remotely
• CeMAP qualification or willingness to obtain it

Nice-to-have

• Interest in digital banking propositions and innovation
• Knowledge of UK banking regulations and governance
• Initiative and willingness to challenge traditional approaches
