We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Account Director to join our Distribution Employee Benefit Consultant (EBC) Team.
The Account Director serves as the primary liaison between Aegon and a panel of key workplace advisers and employee benefit consultancies. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong relationships with senior management and key stakeholders across these accounts.
The Account Director is responsible for meeting financial objectives, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and demonstrating a deep understanding of complex client needs to consistently exceed performance targets.
In addition to managing strategic relationships, the Account Director leads provider selection processes, including tenders, site visits and beauty parades. They work closely with the Workplace Solutions management team to enhance Aegon’s panel presence and distribution reach.
