The Opportunity:

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced leader to join the client services team for our creative and design studio SharpEnd, to grow and manage some of our key accounts.

Core responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Targeted Growth Strategies

  • Develop and execute client growth plans to deepen client and business relationships and drive revenue.
  • Expand and strengthen brand owner client relationships across their portfolio of brands and countries, ensuring consistent and effective communication and service delivery.

Revenue Forecasting and Management

  • Take full ownership of client revenue forecasts, mapping against client marketing activity, uncovering new opportunities, and ensuring accuracy and alignment with overall business goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with strategy, creative, design, and project management teams to deliver compelling pitches and proposals, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach.
  • Collaborate with the business development and growth team to identify, nurture, and convert new business opportunities, leveraging industry insights and client knowledge.

Client Advocacy and Satisfaction

  • Translate client needs into clear, actionable project briefs and work packages, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Act as the primary advocate for clients within the agency, ensuring their needs and goals are prioritised and addressed effectively.
  • Employ strategic thinking to anticipate client needs, market changes, and potential challenges, developing proactive plans to address them and ensuring long-term client success and satisfaction.

Market and Industry Analysis

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions, providing clients with relevant insights and recommendations to stay ahead of the competition.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Demonstrable experience developing and activating client growth plans in an agency environment is essential
  • A believer in creativity and doing things differently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Would suit someone looking to apply their big agency skills in a more dynamic environment
  • Working from the office at latest 4 days per week
