An industry-leading provider of enterprise-grade data centre services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Director to drive customer engagement, revenue growth, and long-term strategic partnerships across a portfolio of international clients. This role requires fluency in French and will be based out of our central London offices in Victoria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of global enterprise customers, including French-speaking clients, delivering best-in-class service and account development.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive organic growth across existing accounts by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for colocation, connectivity, and managed service solutions.
  • New Business Development: Identify and win new business opportunities with enterprise and multinational corporations, working closely with the business development and marketing teams.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute account plans in line with customer needs, market trends, and internal growth targets.
  • Contract Management: Lead commercial negotiations, renewals, and contract extensions, working alongside legal and commercial teams.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with operations, technical, and executive teams to ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular performance updates, revenue forecasts, and customer insights to senior leadership.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven track record as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager in the data centre, telecommunications, IT infrastructure, or cloud services industries.
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing complex customer relationships and multimillion-pound contracts.
  • Demonstrated success in both account growth and new logo acquisition.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working with C-level stakeholders across diverse industries.
  • Knowledge of data centre operations, SLAs, and service delivery processes is a strong advantage.
