Job Summary

Are you a great communicator with customer service or account management experience? Do you possess good organizational skills? We are hiring a remote Account Development Representative on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role focuses on driving Microbial Solutions sales across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics.

The position involves managing the sales process for specific products and accounts via phone and email, supporting a Regional Account Manager team, and collaborating with the Microbial Solutions Commercial team to meet and exceed sales quotas within your territory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Drive sales within the designated region.
  2. Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and outbound prospecting.
  3. Engage with existing customers and generate new sales opportunities.
  4. Lead projects such as reactivating dormant accounts, launching next-generation products, and managing end-of-life campaigns.
  5. Establish new customer relationships and nurture existing ones.
  6. Build and maintain positive relationships with customer end-users, management, and purchasing contacts.
  7. Support territory opportunities and product lifecycle management.
  8. Partner with regional Account Managers to achieve shared sales goals.
  9. Collaborate with Marketing on product promotions and provide feedback on ROI.
  10. Communicate customer issues to relevant departments for resolution.
  11. Maintain and update CRM data related to sales opportunities and customer information.
  12. Assist with pricing, prepare quotes, and support price renewal processes.
  13. Manage client communications effectively.
