We're Hiring: Account Development Manager – FMCG / Wholesale / Retail

(Hybrid) Field-based (UK) | £40,000–£50,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits

A leading multi-channel UK FMCG Buying Group – recognised with multiple industry awards – is on the lookout for a dynamic Account Development Manager to support our retail and wholesale partners. This is a key appointment in our continued mission to deliver value, innovation, and best-in-class service across the Wholesale, Retail, and Foodservice sectors.

About the Role

In this fast-paced, customer-facing role, you'll be at the heart of helping our partners unlock the full potential of our offering. From maximising promotions and point-of-sale materials to supporting own-brand growth, invoicing efficiencies, and strategic planogram-led space and range advice — you’ll be their go-to expert.

You'll manage a multi-site region, building strong relationships and delivering real, measurable value to our members.

Who We're Looking For

We’re seeking a commercially savvy professional with a strong track record in the UK wholesale or FMCG sector. You’ll have experience managing independent retailers, foodservice, or on-trade customers — ideally from a supplier or wholesaler perspective. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are a must.
