To support the Account Manager in delivering exceptional operational performance and customer satisfaction in line with the Account SLA/KPIs. This involves co-ordinating activities, collating information from both internal and external sources, being a point of escalation for the client and Supply Chain and responding to a variety of additional requests to ensure smooth service delivery across the portfolio.

And as a Account Co-ordinator with Bellrock, you’ll do it by

  • Supporting the Account Manager by ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
  • Developing strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and providing timely responses to requests for help and support.
  • Being the first point of escalation for the client and suppliers as required.
  • Co-ordinating and resolving issues quickly, by means of work order chasing and escalation.
  • Ensuring that any client complaints regarding service delivery are managed and escalated in a timely manner, with corrective actions closed out quickly.
  • Supporting the Account Manager in monitoring the supplier performance, attending regular supplier meetings.
  • Minute taking, ensuring accurate records of discussions and actions agreed and distributed within a timely manner.
  • Co-ordinating the activities of Bellrock departments to ensure that the necessary data/management information is provided to enable the effective monitoring of the Contract.
  • Working with the Data and Reporting Department to respond to ad hoc request for reports.
  • Monitoring and liaising with suppliers to ensure the effective day-to-day delivery of the service and updating of Concerto, identifying and escalating any performance issues to the Account Manager.
  • Processing of CCN and SBA alterations to suit delivery of services.
  • Maintaining a Master Action Tracker to ensure all actions associated with the account are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Undertaking frequent reviews of the Helpdesk Manual to ensure it accurately reflects the requirements of the Contract at all times.
  • Monitoring and driving timely closure of all PPM, Reactive, Quoted and Remedial Works.
  • Carrying out monthly checks on statutory compliance certificates in Concerto.
  • Co-ordinating Accounts Payable activity by working closely with the Accounts Payable Team to reduce supplier debt and action both client and supplier queries.
  • Maintaining the “How to Guide” and Central Filing System for the Account
  • Promoting a positive Health and Safety culture ensuring any issues and areas of concern are escalated to the Account Manager and addressed.
  • Embracing learning and personal development opportunities.
  • Promoting the ‘Bellrock’ culture within the business.
  • Undertaking any other duties that may be reasonably assigned by the Line Manager and which are consistent with the postholders knowledge and skills necessary for the satisfactory completion of business needs

What does it take?

  • IT literate intermediate level in use of Excel including data manipulation
  • Facilities Management (FM) qualification / working towards an FM qualification

Working arrangements

In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work between your home address and Head Office, Leicester, LE1 6LP Monday to Friday 08:30am to 5.30pm.
