Job Title: Account Assistant

Role Overview

Are you detail-oriented and ready to take the next step in your finance career? Our client, a dynamic organisation, is looking for an enthusiastic Account Assistant to join their Finance Cash Management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Upload monthly credit card statements for London and its branches.
  • Ensure all transactions adhere to company policies.
  • Process and post out-of-pocket and credit card expense claims from various divisions.
  • Complete payments for expenses and vendors efficiently.
  • Allocate and reconcile expense claims against payments.
  • Chase and report any outstanding items to keep everything on track.
  • Assist with supplier invoice processing and address queries as needed.
  • Scan documentation into the system for easy access.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Treasury Manager.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Essential: Good GCSE qualifications.
  • Desirable: Previous accounting experience.

  • Desirable: Familiarity with Access Dimension accounting software.
