Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Corporate Solutions Accounts team in providing property management accounting services for occupier clients.
  • Support the Team Leader and Client Accountants in managing client portfolios, liaising with Tenants and Landlords.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including electronic filing.
  • Monitor daily corporate client emails and allocate them accordingly.
  • Source head lease invoices from Landlords, reconcile with the system, and raise queries as needed.
  • Collaborate with London and regional surveying colleagues.
  • Represent the company professionally and client-focused at all times.
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Positive and helpful attitude within a team environment.
  • Educated to A' Level or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or entry-level accounting position.
