Job summary

Culina is seeking an Account Administrator to join our Contract Logistics team on a full-time permanent basis in Northampton. You will support the administrative team by handling client queries, processing orders, managing emails, and circulating reports, while assisting the Account Executive to deliver high service levels.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, with salary of £26,692 per year. We offer salary sacrifice car scheme and wellbeing benefits to support your work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle client queries and log issues with the site.
• Assist with creating and circulating reports for Returns and E.fulfilment.
• Manage client inbox and respond to emails professionally.
• Support Merchandisers and key contacts with stock and order queries.
• Process corrections on orders and track sample requests.
