Job summary

Culina is seeking an Account Administrator to join our Contract Logistics team on a full-time permanent basis in Northampton. You will support the administrative team by handling client queries, processing orders, managing emails, and circulating reports, while assisting the Account Executive to deliver high service levels.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, with salary of £26,692 per year. We offer salary sacrifice car scheme and wellbeing benefits to support your work-life balance.

As part of our, Contract division, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as an Account Administrator on a full time permanent basis!

Salary: £26,692 per annum.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm.

As an Account Administrator you will work within the administrative team to deliver excellent customer service through efficient and accurate delivery of day to day tasks, whilst assisting the AE in delivering innovation and exceptional service levels.

Key Duties of an Account Administrator:

• Management of client queries and log issues with site accordingly.
• Assist with the creating and circulation of reports for both Returns and E.fulfilment in line with timeframes as specified.
• Management of client inbox, and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Assisting the clients Merchandisers and key contacts with queries on Stock, CMO, Customer queries, Replenishment, Hamper builds, Returns and E.fulfilment.
• Processing corrections on orders, review and issue of re-work instructions, corporate order management, orders in error corrections and escalations, track sample requests and other administrative tasks as outlined in the departmental SOPs.
• Managing back orders and accompanying Intraday calls and emails.
• Supporting with Wholesale despatches (printing orders, completing paperwork and keeping labelling guidance up to date with support from client).
• Provide annual leave cover for the Account Executive and administration colleagues.
• General maintenance on ReSCU and SMaRT in line with trained practices (SOPs).
• Liaising with client key contact on a daily basis in an articulate and efficient manner.

Qualifications

What you’ll need ...

• Previous administrative experience is desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work using own initiative.
• IT literate with knowledge surrounding MS Office.
• Effectively prioritising work load in order to meet set deadlines.
• Customer Service driven, in order to maintain a high level of customer focus.
