Culina Group is seeking an Account Administrator (Internal Applicants Only) on a full-time permanent basis. You will join the Contract division and deliver accurate administrative support, handling client queries, reports, stock and orders to ensure excellent service levels.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 5:30am–1:30pm, with on-site duties across our locations in Telford and Warrington. This role supports the Account Executive and manages daily tasks within SOPs to maintain smooth

• Management of client queries and log issues with site accordingly.
• Assist with the creating and circulation of reports for both Returns and E.fulfilment in line with timeframes as specified.
• Management of client inbox, and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Assisting the clients Merchandisers and key contacts with queries on Stock, CMO, Customer queries, Replenishment, Hamper builds, Returns and E.fulfilment.
• Processing corrections on orders, review and issue of re-work instructions, corporate order management, orders in error corrections and escalations, track sample requests and other administrative tasks as outlined in the departmental SOPs.
• Managing back orders and accompanying Intraday calls and emails.
• Supporting with Wholesale despatches (printing orders, completing paperwork and keeping labelling guidance up to date with support from client).
• Provide annual leave cover for the Account Executive and administration colleagues.
• General maintenance on ReSCU and SMaRT in line with trained practices (SOPs).
• Liaising with client key contact on a daily basis in an articulate and efficient manner.

As part of our, Contract division, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as an Account Administrator on a full time permanent basis!

Salary:£26,409per annum.

Working hours:Monday to Friday, 5:30am-13:30pm.

As an Account Administrator you willwork within the administrative team to deliver excellent customer service through efficient and accurate delivery of day to day tasks,whilst assisting the AE in delivering innovation and exceptional service levels.

Key Duties of an Account Administrator:
