Job summary

Radius, a leader in sustainable mobility and technology, seeks an Account Administrator for our Crewe team to analyse customer use of the fuel card product and provide insights to the Account Management team to help retain and grow spend.

You will join our Crewe office with a Monday–Friday 8:30am–5pm schedule, focusing on reporting, strategic planning, and cross-team collaboration to deliver value to customers and Radius.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform strong arithmetic and logical analysis.
• Ability to think strategically and plan effectively.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Job Description

The role of an Account Administrator is really important to us. You will be part of a small team of key individuals who are responsible for analysing how our customers use our fuel card product, and offering important insight to our Account Management team to help retain and grow spend from our customer base.

We would love to welcome you to our Crewe office. Our working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm.

Your responsibilities day to day will include…

• Developing and driving the account management strategic plan demonstrating customer growth and profitability
• Supporting the wider team by supplying customer insight
• Recognising and developing customer loyalty by introducing the product suite Radius has to offer
• Supplement the wider team's contact strategy through the use of digital communications
• Creating and delivering bespoke customer reporting
• Working as part of a wider team to support the company’s strategic plans and objectives
