Job summary

YMCA Trinity Group in Peterborough is seeking an Accommodation Project Worker to support young people to live independently. You will develop personalised plans, conduct key working sessions and deliver life skills coaching to help residents thrive.

This fixed-term contract is on-site at PE3 8DX, full-time hours, and part of a broader Disability Confident employer initiative. You will contribute to a welcoming, safe environment and daily service operations.

At our Peterborough sites, we currently offer two types of accommodation, each tailored to meet different local needs. While both provide the same essential support services, they are set within unique environments, offering access to a variety of on-site and nearby facilities to help young people thrive and grow in independence.
