Job summary

YMCA Trinity Group in Peterborough is seeking an Accommodation Project Worker to support young people to live independently. You will develop personalised plans, conduct key working sessions and deliver life skills coaching to help residents thrive.

This fixed-term contract is on-site at PE3 8DX, full-time hours, and part of a broader Disability Confident employer initiative. You will contribute to a welcoming, safe environment and daily service operations.

Responsibilities

• As an Accommodation Project Worker, you’ll help young people build the skills they need to live independently, offering support through personalised plans, key working, and life skills coaching.
• You’ll help create a safe, welcoming space where residents feel at home, while also contributing to the day-to-day running of the service.
