The YMCA Trinity Group is seeking an Assistant Accommodation Project Worker to support young people at our Peterborough sites. You will work with a small group of residents to help build life skills, confidence and independence in a caring, welcoming environment.

You will assist with personalised support plans, help create a safe on-site living space and be part of a supportive team focused on encouraging, guiding and enabling young people to thrive and move toward independent living.
