About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate individual to join our Accommodation & Guest Services Team at Butlin's Bognor Regis. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Accommodation department by accepting linen deliveries and distributing clean linen to our Hotels & Villages during busy check-in days on Mondays and Fridays. You will also deliver requested items to guests and work closely with the Guest Services team to resolve accommodation-related issues.

You will use radio communication and receive tasks via our in-house system on a handheld device. This role is physically demanding, involving heavy lifting.

Our teams create unforgettable guest experiences, and we are seeking motivated team members to join us as accommodation porters. No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training for a variety of duties. Applicants must be over 18 years old.

Working alongside a fantastic team, we support your growth to help you gain skills and confidence. The role involves 40 hours per week, spread over 5 days out of 7, with Mondays and Fridays as essential workdays. Shift patterns vary: on Mondays and Fridays, shifts are between 12 pm and midnight; on other days, between 9 am and 9 pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with a warm, friendly manner and enjoy engaging with people.
• Assist with various duties in a busy environment, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
• Communicate effectively and be adaptable to different tasks and activities.
• A current UK driving license is desirable.
