Job summary

Dundee City Council, based at Lily Walker Centre in Dundee, is seeking an Accommodation Officer to support residents and deliver reception and duty tasks. The role is full-time (37 hours) with a 6-week rota including days, sleepovers, nights and weekends.

PVG scheme requirements may apply prior to offer. You will have experience with homeless clients, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams).

Qualifications

• 3 National 4s, or equivalent, including English and Mathematics.
• Experience with homeless clients or clients requiring additional support.
• Ability to work alone and unsupervised; reliable and communicative.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing a comprehensive management service to residents of the Lily Walker Centre.
• Carry out Reception and Centre duties and support Accommodation Officers.
• Work as part of a rota covering days, sleepovers, nights and weekends.
