Aramark at Warwick Castle Knights Village & Accommodation Estate is seeking an Accommodation Food & Beverage Manager to lead the F&B operation across the estate and develop high-performing teams. You will drive service excellence, manage budgets, and maximise revenue opportunities while upholding food safety standards and guest satisfaction.

The role offers autonomy to influence performance, a fast-paced environment, and clear progression opportunities within a prestigious hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Food & Beverage management role within hospitality, hotels, leisure, or visitor attractions.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with experience developing high-performing teams.
• Demonstrable commercial and financial acumen, including budget management and revenue targets.
• Excellent guest service focus with track record of resolving issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day Food & Beverage operation across the accommodation estate, ensuring exceptional service standards and operational excellence.
• Drive guest satisfaction by delivering memorable dining experiences, resolving issues effectively, and continuously improving service performance.
• Develop and inspire teams through recruitment, training, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
• Achieve financial targets by managing labour costs, controlling budgets, maximizing revenue opportunities, and improving profitability.
• Ensure compliance and safety by maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene, allergen management, health & safety, and company policy adherence.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across Accommodation, Reception, Housekeeping, Culinary, and Events teams to support business objectives and enhance the guest experience.

• Demonstrable commercial and financial acumen, including budget management, labour control, and delivering revenue and profitability targets.
• Excellent guest service focus, with a track record of enhancing guest satisfaction and resolving issues effectively.
• Sound knowledge of food safety, health & safety, hygiene, and allergen compliance requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, managing multiple priorities and peak trading periods.
