Aramark UK is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead a large-scale catering and hospitality operation at Northwood HQ in Hertfordshire. You’ll drive exceptional guest experiences, shape a strategic F&B vision, and manage budgets, people, and brand standards in a prestigious government services environment.

You will lead a hands-on team, focus on food quality, safety and continuous improvement, and foster an inclusive workplace culture that develops talent and delivers outstanding

Qualifications

  • Experience in a Food & Beverage Manager or senior hospitality leadership role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with budgeting and financial performance.
  • Knowledge of food safety, allergen management, HACCP and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day F&B operations across the site to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
  • Manage budgets, food costs, labour, and waste reduction initiatives.
  • Shape and deliver an exciting F&B vision across the operation.
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation and brand standards.
  • Recruit, lead and develop Front of House, F&B and culinary teams.
  • Create a positive, engaging and inclusive working environment.
  • Build succession plans and support talent development.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety and health & safety requirements.
  • Drive a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.

Are you an experienced Food & Beverage leader who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving operational excellence, and developing high-performing teams?


We're looking for a passionate and commercially focused Food & Beverage Manager to lead a diverse and fast-paced food service operation at Northwood HQ. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a large-scale catering and hospitality operation, influence strategic food and beverage offerings, and play a key role in delivering outstanding service standards within a prestigious Government Services environment.

What you’ll do:
As Food & Beverage Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day leadership and continuous improvement of all food and beverage operations across the site.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading all food and beverage operations to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
  • Managing budgets, food costs, labour expenditure, and waste reduction initiatives.
  • Shaping and delivering an exciting food and beverage vision across the operation.
  • Ensuring consistency in food quality, presentation, and brand standards.
  • Recruiting, leading, and developing Front of House, Food & Beverage, and culinary teams.
  • Creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive working environment.
  • Building succession plans and supporting future talent development.
  • Ensuring full compliance with food safety, allergen, HACCP, and health & safety requirements.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a Food & Beverage Manager or senior hospitality leadership role
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial performance
  • Excellent people management skills with a track record of developing successful teams
  • Strong understanding of food safety, allergen management, and compliance frameworks
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to inspire, motivate and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
