Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Food & Beverage Manager or senior hospitality leadership role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial performance.
  • Excellent people management skills with a track record of developing successful teams.
  • Knowledge of food safety, allergen management, HACCP and compliance frameworks.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities.

Are you an experienced Food & Beverage leader who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving operational excellence, and developing high-performing teams?

We're looking for a passionate and commercially focused Food & Beverage Manager to lead a diverse and fast‑paced food service operation at Northwood HQ. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a large-scale catering and hospitality operation, influence strategic food and beverage offerings, and play a key role in delivering outstanding service standards within a prestigious Government Services environment.

What you'll do:

As Food & Beverage Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day leadership and continuous improvement of all food and beverage operations across the site.
