Job summary

Aramark at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is seeking a Theme Park Food & Beverage Manager to lead the Quick Serve Coffee Outlets, delivering outstanding guest service while driving sales and profitability.

You will support the Senior Manager in day-to-day operations, manage labour and stock, and mentor a team to achieve KPIs across People, Profit, Guests and Safety. An apprenticeship option may be available for development.

Qualifications

• Previous food & beverage or hospitality experience.
• Previous supervisory or assistant management experience within Hospitality, Retail, or Leisure.
• Minimum of a Food Safety Level 2 qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team to deliver excellent guest service and smooth daily operations.
• Ensure great menu knowledge and manage allergen/dietary needs.
• Oversee audits and compliance across outlets and suppliers.
• Drive labour, stock, and equipment ordering within budget.
• Support menu development and operational improvement projects.

Aramark at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting for a Theme Park Food & Beverage Manager!

We are recruiting for a Theme Park Food & Beverage Manager to manage the Quick Serve Coffee Outlets at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. This multi-unit role is varied and exciting; each day will bring fresh challenges that need to be met with a positive mental attitude whilst delivering excellent guest service. You will be supporting the Senior Manager by managing the day-to-day operations of the outlets and be a natural inspiration to the team. You will drive sales, profitability, quality and service. There is also an opportunity for you to enrol in an apprenticeship, empowering you to develop and learn whilst working.

• Minimum of a Food Safety Level 2 qualification
