Job summary

Away Resorts is looking for an Accommodation Assistant to help prepare our guest suites to the highest standards on our Isle of Wight site. You will be part of a friendly team delivering welcoming and spotless spaces guests notice from the moment they open the door.

This full-time role includes weekend and bank holiday work, ongoing training, and opportunities to grow within our holiday resort family. If you take pride in detail and guest satisfaction, we’d love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

You'll be preparing guest accommodation to our high standards - and then a little higher. This includes:

• changing beds
• vacuuming, dusting and cleaning bedrooms and living spaces
• cleaning and restocking bathrooms and kitchens

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times so you'll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.

Skills, experience and qualities you'll need

We aim to deliver delight to our guests and to do this, you will need to:
