Live Nation in London is seeking an Accessibility Infrastructure Project Assistant to support the Senior Project Manager on accessibility infrastructure for our events. You will liaise with Production teams and on-site contractors to ensure the best possible experience for accessibility customers.

You will work within the accessibility team and with internal stakeholders and third-party partners, meeting tight deadlines with strong attention to detail and clear written and spoken communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in site production at festivals or outdoor events.
• Understanding of temporary site infrastructure and site logistics.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong administrative and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects.
• MS Office, especially Excel.
• Interest in accessibility and inclusivity.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Senior Project Manager in ensuring that all production requirements for accessibility infrastructure are specified and ordered prior to each festival.
• Assist the Senior Project Manager in liaising with event managers in relation to accessibility infrastructure.
• Assist the Senior Project Manager in updating site guidelines and create site checklists.
• Assist the Senior Project Manager with the preparation of Accessibility Improvement Plans and subsequent compliance audit across all festivals at the end of the season.
• Attend festivals to support the on-site delivery of accessibility infrastructure, as well as the on-site accessibility team.
• Assisting the accessibility team with other tasks where required.
