Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment Inc is seeking an Accessibility Infrastructure Project Assistant to work with the Senior Project Manager on all aspects of Accessibility Infrastructure at our events in London.

You will liaise with Production teams and on-site contractors to ensure our accessibility customers have the best possible experience, while collaborating with the accessibility team and other stakeholders to meet tight deadlines and maintain excellent written and verbal communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in site production at festivals or outdoor events.
• Understanding of temporary site infrastructure and site logistics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Project Manager in ensuring production requirements for accessibility infrastructure are specified and ordered prior to each festival.
• Liaise with event managers regarding accessibility infrastructure.
• Update site guidelines and create site checklists.
• Prepare Accessibility Improvement Plans and assist with post-season audits.
• Attend festivals to support on-site delivery of accessibility infrastructure.
• Support the accessibility team with other tasks as required.
