Job summary

NatWest Group in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking an Accelerator Journey Manager to lead a vibrant hub supporting startups. You will shape experiences that bring the Accelerator brand to life, in person and digitally, energising founders and stakeholders to grow.

You will design social events, drop-ins and workshops, connect entrepreneurs with bank services, and manage the full journey from registration to programme delivery, ensuring clear impact and a thriving, connected community.

• Ability to work collaboratively, influence decisions and communicate clearly.
• Excellent organisation and time management with resilience under pressure.
• Strong programme and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full customer journey from registration to programme delivery.
• Be a visible, approachable presence in the hub to foster engagement.
• Guide founders to the most relevant tools, expertise and banking solutions.
• Oversee planning, logistics and ROI reporting for the Accelerator community.
