NatWest Group in Milton Keynes is seeking an Accelerator Journey Manager to lead a welcoming hub that supports entrepreneurs and connects the Accelerator brand across in-person and digital experiences.

You will design social events, drop-ins and workshops, nurture a connected founder community, and oversee programme logistics from registration to delivery while reporting impact and ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering engaging events/workshops.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
• Understanding of startup ecosystems and SME banking is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver social events, drop-ins and workshops to spark connection.
• Oversee planning, logistics and administration of programme activities.
• Produce clear impact and ROI reporting for every cohort.
