Essa Academy seeks an Attendance Manager to lead the academy attendance team, delivering operational and administrative support to drive whole-school attendance strategies and improve attendance and persistent absence in line with targets.
You will work with parents/carers to boost attendance, helping pupils maximise learning opportunities in a supportive environment. This permanent role is full-time with 37 hours per week.

Salary Range: Grade 5, SCP 16-18, FTE salary £30,518.00 - £31,537.00, pro rata salary £26,963.00 - £27,863.00
Salary amounts quoted are from the 1 September to 31 August and therefore if you commence employment part way through the academic year they are subject to an equated salary adjustment
Working Type: Full Time - 37 hours, 39 working weeks, 45.942 paid weeks

Our successful candidate will lead the academy attendance team in providing operational and administrative support to promote whole academy attendance strategies, to improve attendance and persistent absence in line with academy targets. They will also help parents/carers to improve their children’s attendance thus improving their access to learning, enabling all children and young people to maximise their educational opportunities.
